Refund and Cancellation
Eligible cases
- Payment succeeded but the greeting was not delivered.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same intended greeting purchase.
Request within 7 days of payment
If payment succeeds but the digital greeting cannot be delivered, request a refund within 7 days of payment. Contact the seller with the payment reference, date and a description of the delivery issue. After verification, approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 working days. Bank processing may then take 7 to 10 working days, depending on the payment method. Closing the page does not reverse a completed payment. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refund method and timing
The seller verifies the payment and issue. After the request is verified, approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 working days. Bank processing may then take 7 to 10 working days, depending on the payment method. Refunds are not sent to a different account or UPI address.
Cancellation
You can leave before paying or cancel an unfinished checkout. Closing a payment window does not cancel an already successful payment. If payment succeeded but delivery failed, or payment was duplicated, contact the seller using the process above. No physical returns or shipping are involved.
